At this time, Erin Gates, MD LLC does not have a physical office location. Only telemedicine appointments are being offered.

Important: Dr. Gates is licensed in Rhode Island. Patients MUST be located within the state of Rhode Island during telehealth appointments.

What to Expect

Technical Requirements:
You'll need a phone, tablet, or computer with camera and microphone, reliable internet connection, and a private space where you can speak confidentially.

Telehealth Platforms:
All sessions use HIPAA-compliant platforms:

  • Kareo (electronic medical records)

  • Doxy.me (secure video conferencing)

  • Phone (audio-only) available when appropriate

Location Requirement:
Dr. Gates will need to know your exact location during appointments in case of an emergency. You must be physically located in Rhode Island during all telehealth sessions.
